Refund and Returns Policy

At Glow Within, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return and refund process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to review our Refund and Returns Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories still intact.
  • To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that used or opened products, personal care items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or damage upon delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Personal care items, such as face masks, patches, or any items that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Downloadable software products or digital content

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@glowwithin.club to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Returns without authorization will not be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: After receiving your return authorization, please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In most cases, it will take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up.

If we do not approve your return due to the conditions not being met (e.g., opened products or missing packaging), we will notify you via email and return the item at your expense.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as outlined above.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Description of the issue

We will either send you a replacement product at no additional charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the original shipping charge.


8. International Returns

For international orders, please note that:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
  • International returns may take longer to process due to the time it takes to ship products back to us.
  • Please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition, as we will not accept returns on used or opened products.
